Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion erases your name, phone, email, company details, saved sites, notifications, device identifier and ratings, and closes every session. What stays, for legal and accounting reasons only: issued invoices with the billing details printed on them, order records and the delivery site, payment receipts and delivery-rejection files — no longer linked to a name or a number.

From the app

1. Open the app and go to “Account”.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

Without the app

If you cannot open the app, send the request here. We will call the same number to confirm it is your account, and deletion is completed within 30 days at most.
