Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
By using the app or the website you agree to these terms. We've tried to write them clearly so you know exactly what we're agreeing to.
The service
The platform supplies ready-mix concrete delivered to your site within the published coverage areas. An order is fulfilled once our operations team confirms it.
Coverage and prices are updated from time to time; what the app shows at the moment of ordering is what applies.
Accounts and sign-in
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your phone or email. You are responsible for your number and device, and any order placed from your account is treated as yours.
We may suspend any account for unlawful use or false information.
Prices and invoices
The price shown before confirmation includes VAT and the pump fee where requested, and is locked into the order at confirmation — later price-list changes never move a confirmed order.
Prices shown before you pick an area and grade are indicative; the final price appears on the review screen before you confirm.
An itemised tax invoice is issued with every confirmed order.
Cancellation and changes
You can cancel from the app while the order is still “new” or “confirmed”.
Once the order is scheduled or the truck has moved, cancellation goes through customer service and may carry an operational cost depending on how far things have progressed.
Delivery and the site
You are responsible for preparing the site to receive the truck and pump, and for the accuracy of the location and details you entered.
If delivery fails because the site wasn't ready or the details were wrong, you may bear the cost of the trip.
Pour times are estimates and can shift with road or weather conditions — we tell you about any change immediately.
Payment
Payment uses the methods available in the app. When you upload a transfer receipt, the invoice moves to “under review” until our team confirms the money arrived.
Company credit accounts are governed by the payment terms agreed in writing with our sales team.
Overdue invoices may temporarily pause new orders on the account.
Quality and liability
We commit to the requested grade's specification at the time of delivery. Any quality concern must be recorded at hand-over so we can act on it.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the disputed order, and does not extend to indirect losses or work stoppage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the order was fulfilled (Egypt or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
